The Heart of England Offshore Cruising Association (HOEOCA) aims to promote and encourage all forms of offshore sailing (from cruising to racing) for people who live, primarily, in the West Midlands. We provide opportunities to participate in a variety of activities to enable members to improve all aspects of their sailing skills.

The association was founded in 1993 by a number of ‘graduates’ of RYA shore based Day Skipper and Yachtmaster courses who wanted to continue both their sailing and social activities. The Club currently has around 150 members. Based in Balsall Common, Warwickshire in the Heart of England, we serve the Kenilworth, Solihull and Warwick areas.

We’re a friendly and sociable club and welcome new members of all levels of experience. From cruising and racing to social events, guest speakers and training courses, we provide our members with the opportunity to experience sailing at their own pace. With a host of events and activities taking place throughout the year, there's every reason to join us as part of a dynamic and growing organisation.
