Committee Member Overseas Cruising

I started sailing in1990 when I inadvertently signed up for a Comp Crew course in Falmouth. I cut my sailing teeth over the next 5 years with the Allied Lyons Sailing Club as well as undertaking the RYA theory courses. 

Moving to the Midlands in 1995, I joined HOEOCA and served on the committee for nearly 20 years, many of them as Rear Commodore Cruising and latterly as Commodore until 2018.

In 2001 I started the "Hot Hot Hot" trips. These trips take us to the Med in September each year and we have also been to the BVIs, Thailand and even on a "Flat, Flat, Flat" cruise in Holland.
