TRAINING - RYA Day Skipper and Watch Leader Theory Course

OVERVIEW

Interested in navigation and skippering skills?  These 22 week RYA Day Skipper Theory evening classes start on Monday 15 September, from 7pm to 9pm, instructed by HOEOCA member Tony Campion of 2nd Meridian Training.

The RYA Day Skipper and Watch Leader syllabus includes seamanship, coastal navigation and pilotage, chart work, electronic charts, position fixing, plotting a course to steer, tides, weather forecasting and meteorology and collision regulations.
